SHIPPING POLICY

At Salopet, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. We provide tracking numbers on all of our products so you can follow your order every step of the way.

We ship Monday through Friday, with tracking details emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive your tracking number by email 1–3 business days after placing your order.

Estimated delivery time United States: 7–15 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the warehouse your item ships from and carrier transit times.

Shipping destinations Salopet currently ships only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Delays All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and unforeseen events such as weather, carrier issues, or peak-season backlogs. While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Salopet is not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
