Refund & Replacement Policy If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order, attaching a photo of the item showing the issue.

Salopet does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on change of mind. We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if the item falls under the criteria below:

  • Items are faulty — damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.
  • Parcels that are lost in transit.

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Salopet is not liable for parcels lost or misrouted due to incorrect address information. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

Cancellations You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that window, your order may have already entered processing and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

How do I track my package? You'll receive a tracking number and tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. For any questions, reach our support team at salopetsupport@gmail.com.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 to 15 business days within the United States, depending on the warehouse your item ships from and carrier transit times. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
